Henry Kröher
Henry is owner and CEO of Arctic Incentives. Henry is taking care of arranging most of the incentive programs. The majority of the trips he is also joining to make sure everything runs as smooth as it was planned. He absolutely loves the mountains and the highlands and will try his best to convince your team to stay a few nights somewhere away from downtown hotels. He absolutely loves to push those extra buttons here and there to make your incentive an absorbing event.

Torfi G Yngvasson
Torfi has years of experience running adventure trips in Iceland. He is a licensed river rafting, caving, glacier, snorkeling, super-jeep guide and more. Torfi also leads most of our incentive and team building programs. He is in addition responsible for customizing and designing our adventure trips.

Freyja Águstdóttir
Freyja arranges our incentive trips and makes the impossible possible. During incentives she joins our groups to make sure that everything is going according to plan and everybody feels well and comfy.

Laurent Jegu
Laurent is "the French" in our team and is responsible for the representation of Arctic Incentives on the French market. Next to that he is a licensed river rafting, caving, glacier and snorkeling guide.

Joana Matos
Before moving to Iceland, Joana lived in Portugal. With a diploma in Eco-tourism she soon fell for the charms of this beautiful island with endless natural resources and has been working in this field for 6 years. Her commitment, enthusiasm and experience in adventure tourism makes her the obvious choice for taking care of our Portuguese, Brazilian and Spanish markets.
