The Hvítá river is a beautiful and fun river about an hour from Reykjavík.

We raft a seven kilometer stretch of the river and in the famous Brúarhlöð canyon the rafters get to jump from a cliff into the river. No incentive group should leave Iceland without experiencing the power & fun that its rivers contain and lay eyes on the scenic canyons of Brúarhlöð in Hvítá. Not to mention swimming in a glacial river in Iceland!

Distance from Reykjavik: 110 km. Duration of trip: 3-4 hours. With transfer: 7 - 8 hours. Minimum: 2 pax. Maximum: 200 pax. Age limit: 12 years. Bring with you: warm sweater, bathing suit, change of clothing and a towel. No experience of river rafting required.
