Arrival in Iceland
Incentive groups coming to Iceland usually arrive at Keflavik International Airport. The relatively small but modern airport is 45 minutes away from the center of Reykjavik.
Groups from Europe usually arrive in the afternoon and depart in the early morning. Therefore the last night of an incentive trip is usually in Reykjavík as other places in Iceland would be to far away to reach the airport in time.
Between the airport and Reykjavík is the famous Blue Lagoon Spa located. Usually incentive groups to Iceland stop here on arrival or departure day.
Private planes land either on Reykjavík Domestic Airport or in Keflavík as well, depending on the size of the planes.
