2 hour quad-biking
The Mountain Cruiser is our two-hour afternoon ATV adventure from Reykjavík. The tour starts with a pick up from your hotel. Our base is set in the mountainous Hellisheiði lava plateau, just 30 minutes outside the city. We will start by gearing up in warm thermal layers and waterproof clothing before our expert ATV guides show you how to safely handle our powerful (700 cc engine size) Super-ATV´s. From the base we follow gravel roads to the North and to the river system that comes from Mt. Hengill. We will drive the rough tracks along the river, crossing it many times and on occasion actually drive in the river. This is our most adventurous quad bike journey, tons of action and scenic views.
