River rafting & 1 hour snowmobiling

This popular trip offers you the unique possibility of following Hvítá River all the way from its source at Langjökull glacier in the south central highlands to the shores of the North Atlantic Ocean on Iceland’s south coast. Along the way you will experience two of Icelands most popular adventure activities, white water rafting on Hvítá glacier river and driving a snowmobile on Langjökull glacier. We will start from Reykjavík in the early morning and go directly to our rafting basecamp where our first adventure begins, river rafting on Hvítá river. After the rafting we will have soup and bread for lunch before heading up to Langjökull glacier where an hour of snowmobiling awaits us. The views from the glacier flanks of Langjökull are quite staggering and driving the sleds is like the rafting, great fun and a unique way of exploring this northern nature.
